| The only child to Verryk and Anara Ghemenaux, Shana developed an interest in engineering from a young age, as her father worked in starship shields and armament for the Empire. After two years studying Engineering at the University of Commenor, she realized she was growing more interested in project management and financial advising. She earned a dual undergraduate degree, before pursuing further education in resources management. During her time at the Engineering department, she met Giu Amarank, and the two eventually married a few years later.
She followed her husband to his home world of Sillesk, where they built a fruitful company of mining equipment and metallurgic research. Eager to spread her wings and find new challenges, Shana got involved in financial committees at the local level, earning a solid reputation.
After two years of marriage, her husband and part of his team died when an incident happened at the facilities. In the following decade, Shana worked on ensuring that the company didn't suffer other issues, and consolidated it by buying an older one that was running out of funds, effectively merging both. The majority of her work is now devoted to her role of Administrator of Silllesk, as she works on Skill Acquisition and Land Development, to ensure that the best talents and resources are involved in the sector.
