| Natalia was born to Duke Rodrigue and Duchess Fiora Renkl on Virgillia 7. She has a non-identical twin sister, Tatiana. Her parents were members of the Aristocracy governing the Koradin Sector at that time. Due to the Virgillian Civil War, the Renkls moved to Tegrat when Natalia and Tatiana were five years old and their mother pregnant with her second daughter, Syrenia.
The Duchess's family had manufactures on Tegrat for technological parts and computer software, which helped sustain the family while the rest of their money went to support the fight against the rebellion.
Contrary to her twin sister, and eventually their younger sibling, Natalia had no interest in politics or the military. While she was loyal to the Empire and respected her family's devotion, her call was different. At age fifteen, she left to become apprenticed to geologist Dr. Pratens, with whom she traveled for over a decade. While she didn't choose a formal education, she nevertheless gained substantial field experience and made a name for herself, eventually gaining her own assignments.
Natalia Renkl worked aboard the space station Lunatica at the fringe of Wild Space for the five years. There she was in charge of the exploration and excavation operations.
She currently works in the Sillesk system after Operative Linnea Vandron recruited her on behalf of Admiral Bismarck.
