Hutt Clan
The Ouishii Kajidic is one of the Hutt Cartels. For thousands of years it was relatively obscure and unimportant, but following the Treaty between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance of Free Planets, the Kajidic made a number of tactical corporate acquisitions that provided it with a considerable amount of business and political capital.
Part of the Hutt Cartel, the Ouishii Kajidic's level of influence is small, but growing. The Kajidic carefully retains polite relations with Black Sun, but it's relationship with The Exchange is somewhat more frosty. The Kajidic is suspected of being connected in some way to the Sarlacc shadow organisation.

Rossum Droidworks
Founded by Iaco Stark - the man who precipitated the Stark Hyperspace War - originally to refurbish Separatist battle droids after the Clone Wars, the Ouishii Kajidic acquired Rossum Droidworks in 3 BBY at an auction after the death of the Stark family. Thanks to the subsequent acquisition of Baktoid Industries, Rossum Droidworks is able to refurbish battle droids with new custom parts, though construction of entirely new Baktoid droid units is still illegal in the Galactic Empire.

Following the end of the Clone Wars, Huppla Pasa Tisc focused mostly on creating luxury solar sail ships for exclusive clients. The company was acquired by the Ouishii Kajidic some years ago; following the recent acquisition of Ubrikkian Industries, Huppla Pasa Tisc was merged into Ubrikkian as a subsidiary.
Rothana Heavy Engineering
Most famous for the military hardware it developed for the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars, Rothana Heavy Engineering was once a subsidiary of Kuat Drive Yards based on the Outer Rim world of Rothana, cut off from it's parent company by the territorial changes made by the Alliance-Imperial Treaty. Acquired by the Ouishii Kajidic, negotiations are currently underway for Rothana Heavy Engineering to begin supplying hardware to the army of the Alliance of Free Planets.
