Cirrsseeto was born into House Meorrrei on Carshoulis Prime, to the wealthy and eccentric baronness of industry Taataani Meorrrei. Early as a child, he showed a brightness on par or even eclipsing his educated sisters of his age, and his mother picked up on this fact. Normally, Cizerack males were generally only given rudimentary domestic vocational education to mold them into suitable mates, but the eccentric Taataani doted on her son, quietly satisfying his hunger to read from the same books his sisters got. Very soon, he developed an affinity for technical things, and began to tinker with anything he could get his paws on. Taataani continued to encourage it, but made sure that her son was careful about showing his talents. Even for the very rich, that sort of behavior could be scandalous.
At the age of twelve, Cirrsseeto was given to Taataani's business partner (and unofficial rival) Iesshaauurri Raurrssatta in marriage. The marriage, unfortunately, was not a charmed one, and Taataani soon learned that her son suffered what she considered to be excessive verbal and physical abuse at the hands of his spouse. Angry, but without any real avenue to pursue recourse, Taataani conspired with a recently hired human employee, Sanis Prent, to leave Carshoulis with her son, and to provide a life for him with better opportunities. That Sanis was, for all intents, a nefarious character, was a compromise Taataani was forced to risk. It was a risk that rewarded Cirrsseeto with adventure, work experience, and a friend for life.
Cirrsseeto quickly took to learning every square inch of the freighter Layla, becoming an obsessive gear-head. Sanis often referred to the ship as Cirr's "girlfriend", a joke that the big felinoid only smiled and shook his head at. Normally shy and wearing his emotions on his sleeve, Cirr is nearly the polar opposite of Sanis's hot-headed and ego-driven personality. He is, however, loyal to a fault, and although he avoids violence when possible, he's certain to bail Sanis out of a fight when he inevitably bites off more than he can chew.
In addition to his mechanic duties aboard Layla, Cirr also handles the defensive quad laser cannons in particularly heavy firefights. His unofficial duty is chief cook, which Sanis would dispute. He's taken to some kind of unholy combination of Cizeri al fresco cuisine, combined with Sanis's slumdog Nar Shadaan soul food, to create something that both of them like to eat, but literally nobody else in the galaxy can stomach.
Cirr's relationship track record somewhat fraught with peril. He had a week-long relationship with a Rebel tech named Una Rakesh that has supposedly resulted in him having a son named Seeto Rakesh. With his assignment to the Wheel, he's also on more than one occasion entered into indecent proposals with the Valiant's Master Chief, Kochanski, in exchange for preferential treatment for parts and tech. If that weren't enough, he's currently landed himself into something which may be more or less serious with Lyanie Quez, the mechanic of the Knightfall, who has of yet failed to meet his mother's expectations.
When he's prone to making trips to the Whaladon, he's often seen lifting weights on a home-made workout bench he built, alongside Abarai Loki. He'd say the two of them were the best of friends, and he'd hope that Loki would agree.
