Founded by the Xi Char of Charros IV - a religious order dedicated to perfection in engineering - Haor Chall Engineering was the corporation responsible for designing and developing many of the droid-controlled fighters and weapons platforms used by the Trade Federation, Techno Union, and the Confederacy of Independent Systems before and during the Clone Wars.
The cathedral-factories of Charros IV were attacked by the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars, in the hopes of damaging the Separatists' industrial infrastructure. Following the war, the remnants of the corporation were acquired by Raith Sienar, who integrated them into Sienar Fleet Systems. Though all corporations are prohibited from manufacturing any of the droid-controlled elements of the Separatist military, Sienar Fleet Systems continues to produce user-operated Haor Chall shuttles and transports in small numbers, for sale to the private sector.
