History

The Suppressor is the personal flagship of Admiral Park Kraken and has a notable history. One of the first assignments of the Suppressor was to be the flagship of Task Force Maelstrom, a collection of Imperial class Star Destroyers and supporting ships collected from around the Empire for a raid on a major Alliance planet. In training missions with the fleet the Suppressor participated in several Base Delta Zero Bombardments of Alliance Outpost worlds. During the actual raid on Sullust the Suppressor is credited with destroying several of the Sorosuub shipyards in orbit along with two civilian space stations and inflicting about a million or so fatalities upon the surface of the planet itself. The Destroyer is also credited with finishing off a Dauntless class Cruiser that was a part of the Sullust Defense Force.

After minor repairs were finished at Kuat, the Suppressor headed to the Outer-Rim again, this time heading to Atravis to link up with Sector Forces there. The Star Destroyer participated in a spirited defense of the Sector World against Rebel Alliance forces but was heavily damaged and forced to withdraw. Unlike the other damaged Imperial ships, the Suppressor headed not to Heriston but all the way back to Kuat, with repairs being finished by 10 ABY.
