| Rai'raa is a half-breed Cizerack, and was not raised in the Carshoulis Cluster. She was abandoned by her mother on Zeltron as a baby, who had gotten pregnant while cavorting with a Falleen male. She was taken in at a brothel, and raised by the madame and the women who worked there. Her name is the Cizeri word for 'crazy.'
When she was nineteen she traveled to the Cluster, and met Saarrreeaa Meorrrei. They became friends despite their differences, or perhaps it was because of their similarities. Saa was waiting for the perfect moment to get out from under her mother's thumb, and when she turned sixteen she stole credits from her mom, and bought a ship to take them wherever they wanted to go.

| Rai'raa's skin is light green with a darker stripe pattern, and her ears are Cizerack in size and shape. She has a light sprinkling of scales along her spine and across her shoulders from her Falleen father, and her tail is slightly scaled as well and terminates without the customary tuft of fur.

| Holly found her way to SW-Fans.Net on July 24, 2000, through the Crazy Ass Message Boards on Ezboard, where her brother Banestone, and Itala Marzullo were members. Convinced to join The Sith Council as a darkside character, she signed up as Lady DeVille. Incidentally the last name was a suggestion by the Emperor of TSC, Itala himself. She has always gone by the nickname LD. Lilaena was promoted to roleplaying moderator on October 14, 2002, and then to board administrator in late 2005. In November of 2009 she retired from the staff in part because of her expanding RL responsibilities. In 2015 she was promoted to be one of the board admins once more, and she is married with three children.
