Successor of the famous Kuat of Kuat, Yeart Quenn managed in one fell swoop to grab the ruling staff of the Kuati people, the Imperial position of Moff of the Kuati sector and the directorial position over the Kuat Driveyards. Or did he? Not much is known about this enigmatic personality - nicknamed "Soulpatch", he is infamous for his ruthlessness and eccentricity.
