Founded by the Xi Char - a religious order dedicated to - of Charros IV, Haor Chall Engineering was the corporation responsible for designing and developing many of the droid-controlled fighters and weapons platforms used by the Trade Federation before, and the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.
