Biography
|
Hawkins Grime's past is buried beneath the traumatic experience that resulted in his being permanently incarcerated within an exoskeleton that allows him to function. Grime's original name has been deleted from existence by the Hutt Syndicate that he had once been a high ranking lieutenant of and later tried to overthrow. The attempt to overthrow the syndicate was ruined by a fellow lieutenant and partner of Grime, Hydijjer. Grime's plans had been far reaching and in the end, Hydijjer used all of Grime's allies and connections against himself. This resulted in the long list of names which Grime became bent upon killing.
The torture that Grime suffered at the hands of the syndicate removed most of his flesh, rendered his muscles widely unusable, and damaged most of his organs. He survived through sheer willpower and the experience awakened a potential in the Force. Hawkins Grime encountered Lilaena De'Ville shortly after setting out for his revenge and saw the advantages of receiving training in the Force from her. During the initial period of his training with De'Ville in Iziz, on Onderon, Grime recognized that he was still too weak to accomplish his goals alone so he began to gather a different skills into his entourage.
Morrolan e'Drain and Ithiel Malchiel were hired as Hawkins' two gun hands. Valeria Tur'ilian was hired as Grime's personal bodyguard and a close combat expert. Rowan Averre was brought on as the technical specialist. Grime commissioned Averre to build first Chroma MK I, the personal AI that manages the Black Wyvern. Averre then built Chroma MK II, an industrial droid turned into a homicidal battle droid. With this crew, Hawkins Grime took over the black market on Onderon and then set out to kill a number of the names on his list.
Hawkins Grime left De'Ville a number of times to pursue his own goals but often returned for more training and occasionally accompanied De'Ville on missions. Two notable missions that Grime accompanied De'Ville involve infiltrating Coruscant and traveling to the Demon Moon Dxun. On Coruscant, the two Force adepts and a small retinue of Mandalorians destroyed an Imperial lab testing on Force sensitive children. De'Ville was captured by the Inquisitoriate and Grime was essential in rescuing her, but not before she could be tortured at the hands of Inquisitor Y'roth Helghast. On the Demon Moon Dxun, De'Ville and Grime joined with Darth Callidus and Razielle Alastor to recover a number of Force related artifacts, accomplished through much hardship.
By the time Hawkins Grime was about to make significant head way on his path to revenge, the assassination of Quenthz II, a clone of the real Quenthz, a former partner of Hawkins within the syndicate, the engagement went horribly wrong when Hydijjer sprung a trap that resulted in the near death experience of Valeria, resulting in her now in stasis, a wall ornament in Grime's cabin on the Wyvern. When Valeria was shot and Hydijjer escaped unscathed, Grime used the Force to kill Ithiel Malchiel.
It was some time before he rejoined Lilaena De'Ville. Upon his return to Onderon, Grime determined that De'Ville's association with the Mandalorian Fundamentalists hidden in the Wilds could be used to his advantage and began to spend more time with them. Bretak, the native leader of the Mandalorians and De'Ville's lieutenant, sent Orar, a young warrior-in-training to learn from Grime, who is known by the Mandalorians as A'den, meaning rage or wrath in Mando'a. Learning of their war-oriented technology and the development of basilisk war engines, Grime commissions Averre to incorporate Mandalorian technology into a new exoskeleton. The new exoskeleton is much more advanced than the previous system, which had resembled something closer to a clock work doll, and now Grime trains towards the next level of his Force abilities while building a relationship with the Mandalorians in order to suit his agenda in the future.

During the Clone Wars
|
Born sometime around the beginning of the Clone Wars. By the time the Old Republic had fallen and the Galactic Empire had been established, the orphan was found by a Rodian named Cager who gathered children and raised them to be Pit Fighters to his own profit. Chaltatha the Wookie was his caretaker and the Widowmaker, an Echani sword mistress somehow indebted to Cager, taught the young orphan how to use the sword. The orphan survived the amateur arenas but his progression into the exhibition contests was halted by the recognition he earned. The Hutt, Slathva, bought the orphan and Chaltatha from Cager and began to use the orphan as another sweeper. He quickly rose in the ranks as a sweeper, making extensive connections and earning a reputation in Hutt space as a brutal, ruthless killer.

Force Powers
|
Hawkins Grime specializes primarily in pyrotechnic manipulation and manipulating pain, whether using his own to augment himself or amplifying pain in others. His traumatic experience and the compounded rage of his downfall also allow Grime to at times materialize his hatred as an aura-like entity.
Developing his ability to augment his speed and strength.
Capable of limited telekinetic ability, moving small objects mostly.
Grime's rage, hatred, and pain is strong enough that it prevents him from developing his telepathic abilities to any significant extent at this point. This also works to his advantage because complex thought patterns are also masked from others trying to read them.
He has not trained much in deflecting Force attacks.
Hawkins does not know any specific light saber techniques and resorts to Echani as a default.
