Leh’ben was a moon that – while certainly habitable – was plagued by perpetual wind storms that razed the surface mercilessly. Because of this, the Leh’beni colonists, like their A’khe’rehn brothers, kept under the surface. Natural caverns and ancient lava tubes on the moon provided a most effective layout for their subterranean cities. The colonists, over time, began to pale as they had no contact with the sun, and they adapted rather well to their surroundings, their eyes best suited to dim lighting.

After hundreds of years of slavery, the pale-skinned people began forming into groups, calling themselves the Guardians. They made it their duty to police the Lupines and protect other innocents from the metamorphs. They still live on Leh’ben, though in most recent years some have begun returning to Figaro Favoura IV.
