Princess Elaine is the Chume ta' (princess) of Hapes. She is the firstborn daughter of Queen Mother Ishara, the planets current Queen Mother. As the first and only living daughter of the Queen Mother, Elaine will eventually inherit the throne of Hapes. As a consequence of this, her hand is much sought after. Her brother Prince Tristan is very protective of her. The Queen Mother Ishara views her daughter as something of a disappointment, as Elaine has not expressed interested in marrying any of the highly eligible men that her mother has presented to her. The Princess has, instead, fallen for Hapan-outlaw and Rebellion member Dasquian Belargic.
