Dante Marzullo was born in Ziost to Itala Marzullo and his wife Jen Katrina, and taken away from Itala before he was even born. It was Lord Dagger who took him along with his twin brother in the middle of the night, giving Itala the last laugh over The Sith Order.
Dante would quickly become the object and symbol of Itala's ambitions, training him ruthlessly in the ways of the force, moreso than Ares on purpose, to create the ultimate heir and leader for the future reign of blood which had been planned for years. From early on, Dante had been taught to be cruel, arrogant and merciless, mainly on the poor servants and soldiers who had no choice but lie down and receive all kinds of sadistic torture.
Itala wanted to make sure the boy would be indifferent towards the vilest of cruelties, sitting him in front of an infamous bonfire started by Orion Marzullo that took the lives of dozens of pregnant servant women. Not being able to believe what he was seeing, Dante would learn to lose his morals and respect for any living things outside of the family, human or alien alike.
Always superior to Ares, ridiculing him in countless sparring sessions and during an organized tournament, Dante had become a formidable warrior early on, even giving Viktor Eroberer Marzullo a run for his money. After Itala noticed this, he would begin to prefer Dante and would only display affection towards him, inflating his ego more as the years passed.
This did not mean that Dante didn't love Itala, the mere word being banned from the language spoken in The Marzullo Clan, always welcoming the extra affection displayed over his weaker brother, but highly expecting to be the next ruler of TMC, and did not take the news of the creation of a clone too well.
