Raised within the Hapan culture, Lynmeira is conscious of what she is worth, but never developed any kind of arrogance, mostly due to her early interest in languages and other societies. Very young, she began learning many other languages and dialects, in the idea of becoming an interpreter. Her talents were mostly valuable for her family's corporation, which gave her the opportunity to travel to many planets and meet new people.
After having secretly studied the history of the Jedi for years, as well as the morals they defended, Lynmeira had felt the need to join the Order, hoping for more purpose in her life. She was also drawn to do so, as she was wondering whether her empathic gift could be Force related. Yet, the Jedi were said to have been eradicated from the galaxy, so the Hapan kept working for her family's business.
During an accidental pit stop on Tatooine, she met a survivor from the purge, the first Jedi she had actually met. Shortly after, she was taken under Tullya Aragast's wing, a Togruta female Jedi. Lynmeira grew a lot as a person during her years with her, despite how it permanently severed her ties with her family. Her parents refused to speak to he again after she said she was leaving Hapes, without saying why as to protect her Master.
Tullya had got sick some time prior to the purge, but even with her healing talents, as well as her pupil's, the Togruta's life was declining. Wanting to find a quiet and beautiful place to finish her life, she took Lynmeira to Rishi, where she could mingle in crowded place with much life. They lived in a cabin in the hills. Lynmeira often traveled to town to sell some of her potions and ointments to make a living and help others.
At some point, the two Jedi heard rumors about a Jedi enclave maybe coming to life on Ossus, but Tullya's condition wouldn't allow her to travel, though she made Lynmeira promise that after her death, she would at least travel there once. The Togruta became one with the Force a few months after, but Lynmeira didn't feel ready to leave Rishi just yet.
Over the years, she had often felt a tremor in the Force when trekking in a certain region, but didn't seek out what or who it might be right away. Deep in her soul, she felt that she would investigate before going off-world. She didn't know yet that it would lead her to Suri Jaxx.
