The Dauntless Mk II-class Battle Cruiser, Is the Next generation Sorosuub Corporation Warship. After the destruction of its facilities Sorosuub leased many of the Sluis Van Yards and began refitting the few Dauntless Cruisers left after the Battle of Sullust and the Battle of Duro. These Ne MK II ships require less crew and are far better at engaging smaller targets and fighters than before.

After the destruction of its facilities Sorosuub leased many of the Sluis Van Yards and began refitting the few Dauntless Cruisers left after the Battle of Sullust and the Battle of Duro. These New MK II ships require less crew and are far better at engaging smaller targets and fighters than before. New systems and redundancies have been added to cut the crew requirement by over ten thousand. The removal of heavy weapons systems and troop quarters have allowed the installation of a larger hanger and smaller point defense weapons for protection and engaging smaller targets.
Updated Armor and shielding technology has given the new Mk II class a substantial improvement over its predecessor making it a formidable foe for even newer imperial Star Destroyers. the Hanger now houses 2 wings of Fighters. 36 New E-wing fighters make up the Interdiction wing performing escort and interception missions. 36 X-wing starfighters perform attack and support missions for the Expeditionary force when needed and operate as fleet support and picket duty. 12 recon X-wings are the eyes and ears of the Alliance battlegroup. these craft operate behind enemy lines marking targets and relaying sensor data to ships during operations.
