The Huppla Pasca Tisc Shipwrights Collective was the starship-producing arm of Geonosian Industries at the time of the Clone Wars, producing starfighters and solar sail vessels for use by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and in particular Count Dooku and his inner circle. They also produced capital ships such as the Geonosian Dreadnought, though only in small numbers given the availability of starships produced by other Separatists.

Some time after the failed invasion of Naboo by the Trade Federation, a project funded by Baktoid Armor Workshop translocated the Huppla Pasa Tisc Hive from Geonosis to Hypori, and established a droid foundry there. Most of the Separatist facilities were destroyed during the Clone Wars, and most of the Huppla Pasa Tisc population was forcibly returned to Geonosis; some facilities remained intact however, and were reactivated by the Shipwrights Collective some years later.

During the Galactic Civil War, Huppla Pasa Tisc was acquired by the Ouishii Kajidic. When they subsequently acquired Ubrikkian Industries after the Alliance-Imperial Treaty, Huppla Pasa Tisc was absorbed into Ubrikkian Transports as a subsidiary. It operates from the Ubrikkian Trade Tower on Tatooine, but has production facilities on Geonosis and Hypori.
