|Dasquian Belargic was a member of The Rebel Alliance, and part of Hapan Royalty. He was a descendant of the Lorell Raiders, the pirates who originally settled his home world of Hapes many years ago. In spite of his royal heritage, he found himself at odds with the governments’ arrogant, warlike sentiment. While his brother (Aaron Belargic) joined the Consortium Navy, Dasquian left and joined The Rebel Alliance, as an Intelligence operative. He rose through the ranks to become one of the departments’ foremost spies, earning himself the title of Director. Known for his easy-going demeanor and kind heart, Dasquian was one of the most recognizable figures within the Alliance and, on numerous occasions, acted as a liaison between the Rebels and potentially new recruits and allies - most notably the survivors of the Jedi Purge.

Text about Dasquian's background goes here.

Since achieving the rank of Director, Dasquian worked almost exclusively alongside fellow operative and assistant Director Grace Van-Derveld. Their partnership, which lasted many years, began with Grace's induction into the Alliance. As a rising talent amongst the Intelligence department, Dasquian was deployed to Corulag to retrieve the Rebellion's latest convert - former Stormtrooper cadet and daughter of Imperial nobility, Grace Van-Derveld. By way of moles within the Corulag Academy, the Alliance had learned of Grace's longing to abandon her ties to the oppressive Empire and thus ordered Dasquian to extract her from within the military facility. Though the mission did not proceed as smoothly as they had hoped, it was a success and the first of many the two would share together.

|A mere two weeks after the coronation of Miranda Tarkin as Empress of The Galactic Empire, Dasquian was ensnared in a trap by Tarkin's close ally and friend Sanya Tagge. Tricked into trying to rescue an estranged member of the Alliance, Dasquian and Grace travelled to Vjun only to be captured by the personal guard of Sanya Tagge. Whilst Tagge desired, for reasons unknown, to keep Van-Derveld's capture a secret, Dasquian was transported by to Coruscant where he would face interogation by the likes of Rossos Atrapes, Karl Valten and other members of the Inquisitoriate.

|In the 'What If...' scenario Years From Now..., Dasquian continued to serve the Alliance, now as it's leader. Replaced in his former job of Intelligence Director by his partner - and wife - Grace Belargic, Dasquian has took on the mantle of Chancellor of the prospering Galactic Alliance. He played in active part in all aspects of the government and garnered large amounts of public support, successfully overseeing the introduction of scores of planetary systems into the protection of the Alliance. Dasquian and Grace had a daughter, Bryna Belargic, who was a Padawan of The Jedi Order.

|In the days of the Old Republic the Jedi Council decided to send out a search party to spread the word of peace throughout the galaxy. This team of skilled warriors and negotiators were chosen very carefully. Among them were two Jedi Knights, the twin brothers Aaron and Dasquian. The two had, for almost a year, trained with the Jedi Master known as Yoda and this was to be one of the most important missions they would ever under take - being ambassadors for the Republic. All of the participants on the journey boarded their transport and were locked into cryostasis chambers. The engineers had been told to set the cylinders so that the Jedi and their travel partners would be held in cryosleep until they were sufficiently out of reach of the known space. Their destination was just out of chartered space, and once they had arrived they were to begin searching for any intelligent life.
+

Sadly, things did not go according to plan. The mission was sabotaged by a servant of the Darkside who smashed the control system for the sleep chambers, causing the deaths of almost all of those on board. By some form of miracle or will of the Force, Dasquian and Aaron survived and found themselves upon an unknown planet. At least, unknown to them. The ship had returned home to it's base, or rather where the base should have been. Coruscant. From there on, the two brothers began their search for the Jedi Council and Master Yoda so they could report the failure of the mission.

Text about time as a rebel.

Of course, Yoda had died many years ago and the Republic was not what it once was. After having found The Greater Jedi Order, no thanks to the deceitful Darth Viscera, the two could finally continue with what they had learnt so long ago. Aaron, unfortunately, did not make to the Jedi base, but Dasquian managed to find his way there - and took up training under Navaria Tarkin to try and regain his memories. After having done so, he was promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight, reunited with his brother Aaron (then a Padawan) and continued to train Padawans and strove promote peace throughout the galaxy. He served numerous terms on the Jedi Council, and became one of the Order's foremost empaths.

"Considering I saved the Prime Minister from choking on a cocktail olive, you'd think they'd give us a little bit of slack. Anyway, what's the price of one glass window compared to the price of democracy,” Dasquian replied with an impish and knowing smirk. "Sometimes I wonder if we aren't jinxed. It seems wherever we go, something priceless ends up exploding, set on fire, falling into an abyss or in the belly of some sea monster! I'm surprised that our dinner hasn't been interrupted by a roaming band of space pirates."
