The Huppla Pasca Tisc Shipwrights Collective was the starship-producing arm of Geonosian Industries at the time of the Clone Wars, producing starfighters and solar sail vessels for use by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and in particular Count Dooku and his inner circle. They also produced capital ships such as the Geonosian Dreadnought, though only in small numbers given the availability of starships produced by other Separatists.
During the Galactic Civil War, Huppla Pasa Tisc was acquired by the Ouishii Kajidic. When they subsequently acquired Ubrikkian Industries after the Alliance-Imperial Treaty, Huppla Pasa Tisc was absorbed into Ubrikkian Transports as a subsidiary.
