Cloud City consists of 392 levels, in addition to a top-side surface-level concourse. The level-arrangements are as follows:
Level 1-50
Luxury hotels, casinos, spas, museums and clubs which have made the city famous throughout parts of the Outer Rim. + Level 1 includes Cumulus, one of the larger casinos, owned by Sasseeri Reeouurra
Level 51-100
Upscale housing areas, occupied by merchants, executives, and other wealthy citizens.
Level 101-120
