Line Captain Nomar is currently commanding the 334th Battlegroup of Task Force 33
History
Aaron Nomarr, age 29, was born on Jundo on 20.053 BBY, about a year before the formation of the Empire. He was raised by his two parents, Helen and Leopold Nomarr, two ordinary farmers on the rural world. When he was 7, in 13 BBY, his parents were separated. His father was sent to a highly-secretive prison for affiliation with the Rebellion, while his mother stayed home, protecting him. When he was only 13, he started spying for the Rebellion. He notified them of Imperial activity on his world and quickly made himself known to the Rebellion. In fact, he personally assisted in the liberation of the world, though the Imperials quickly regained control, forcing Aaron to go underground. After his mother died of a disease, most likely a flu, he fled the world in disgust, hopping onto a passing transport. His last memory of his world was seeing it for the first time from space, watching it turn slowly in its rotation, continuing on like nothing had happened. At 17, he tried to rescue his father along with several other Rebels. After finding the base, they stormed the compound. Aaron was disappointed to find his father dead, shot by the remaining Imperial guards. After giving his father a proper burial, he turned his gaze toward the Rebellion, hoping to get payback. He was part of the fleet at Endor on-board a Nebulon-B Frigate. At the age of 23, he married Arocha Nomarr, who bore him a son, Leopold Nomarr II, who was named in honor of his grandfather. They live at Aaron’s home on Coruscant, and sees them three times a year. At the age of 25, he gained command of the Selfless, a Dreadnaught that had been upgraded massively, allowing for more weapons, better shields, and a better drive system. For three years he was part of hit-and-runs on Imperial establishments, taking down a couple ships before fleeing the system. In 8 ABY, he was appointed by Admiral Reshmar to battle an Imperial force that had been harassing freighters bound to the Courageous, capturing them and making the pilots reveal their secrets. When he was pulled out of hyperspace, he battled a Gladiator, an Interdictor, and two Carrack cruisers. After destroying one cruiser and the interdictor, the Gladiator had a core-overload, which was ordered by the captain. The ensuing explosion forced Aaron to flee for the Courageous, where he was promptly given a fleet and promoted to Line Captain. He took charge in the Defense of the courageous, escaping after a disastrous battle. A year later, his force recovered, he was part of the assault on Duro, a world not unlike his own.
