Toxicity is a multi-part storyline focusing on the Rebel Alliance's search for a traitor within Rebel Intelligence and a plot against the leadership of the Alliance.

Overview

There is a traitor among the Rebels. It is an unfortunate, but undeniable truth. This traiter must be found. And eliminated. The toxin must not be allowed to spread.

• Toxicity and a Dark Lady

Rebel agents Estelle Russard and Aurelias Kazaar are introduced by The Black Man to Milivikal k'Vik, a Force User who will be helping them discover who the traitor(s) within the Rebel Alliance are. Wanting to learn more about her abilities, Estelle and Kazaar send her after the Imperial High General Lubomir Forrest.

• Toxicity and a Man Overboard

Rebel agents Estelle Russard, Milivikal k'Vik, and Aurelias Kazaar disguise themselves as Imperial engineers and infiltrate an Victory-class Star Destroyer to 'observe' a Rebel SpecForces rescue attempt on General Forlon. There they discover infiltration isn't as easy as it should be. Also Alliance Intelligence's Sub-Director of Counter-Intelligence Samantha Lessard and her lower, Rawl, begin their own investigation into the mole within the Rebellion.

• Toxicity and a Big Dish

Russard, k'Vik, and Kazaar participate in a raid on an Imperial communications platform to grab a list of transmissions between the Empire and the traitors within the Rebellion. They're able to grab part of the data but not before running into a deadly Imperial Dark Trooper. It's then they discover the Imperials are plotting against the Rebel Council. Meanwhile, Lessard and Rawl discuss their own investigation.

• Toxicity and Conversations With Spies

Russard goes to get the data taken from the Imperial communications platform to get analyzed by the Department of Analysis. There she meets the acting sub-director of analysis, Santiago Cristobal. They discover the name 'Thomsdottir' within the transmission and bring their information to the others. Whilst recovering from her injuries, k'Vik is interviewed by someone claiming to be Jane Starborn, who's instead revealed to be an Imperial. The Black Man deals with the Council, while Kazaar receives a mysterious coded message. Estelle and Cristobal head to Mrlsst to investigate Marie Thomsdottir (the station chief for Rebel Intel), while Milivikal and Kazaar head to Sullust.
