Sanya Tagge (born ''Ersabeth Malreaux'') is a member of [[The Galactic Empire]]. She is currently based on Coruscant, acting as the Minister of Truth for Empress [[Miranda Tarkin]]. There is very little known about Tagge that does not in someway connect her to the Galactic Empire. Like many children of her time, she was made an orphan by war, though was fortunate enough to be adopted by a benevolent Imperial officer - Ulric Tagge (one of many officers to offer a welcoming home to child left motherless by the cold-hearted Rebellion.) As nothing was known about the girls past or identity, Ulric named her after his mother, the baroness Sanya. Since Tagge had little time to raise the girl himself, engaged in pursuing a career in the Imperial military, he entrusted the upbringing of his 'daughter' to the Sub-Adult Group.

It was through James, Estelle met her first 'true' Rebel, [[Grace Van-Derveld]] and, through Grace, Estelle was convinced to join the Rebel Alliance (despite James' reservations of her ability to handle a 'cloak and dagger' lifestyle). Estelle Russard is a deep-cover Senior Operative of The Rebel Alliance operating out of Coruscant. Considered a rising star by most of the Alliance, she is partnered with Aurelias Kazaar. Born on Coruscant to a wealthy industrialist, Estelle Russard became a member of Rebel Intelligence shortly after the death of her boyfriend, James Bretton.

As a student at the Tarkin Institute of Art and Design, Estelle Russard spent most of her time in class, studying to become an artist. But her free time was spent huddled in closeted groups, discussing the atrocities of the Empire. Afraid what might happen if she fully committed to the group, and not completely sure the methods of the group's leader were the correct way, Estelle had to be convinced by her boyfriend, James, to continue within the group.
