After the great Jedi Purge, a jedi knight named Niala Sieris came to Yavin 4 to hide from the empire and the inquisitors. She found the young girl, barely even old enough to walk and talk, within the burned ruins of a small hut. There were no signs of parents. Niala gave the girl the name Ashe, for lack of other options of what to call her. Niala had sensed that the girl was force adept and began to train her and teach her the ways of the force. | ||
