*TIE Dagger Mk III's swoop left to right, forming multiple screen formations, and advancing towards their new destination with not a second lost.

"TD49 Four to Lead; I'm picking up a single object on my scopes."

"I see it. Move in, Three and Five will escort you. Inspect and destroy Colonel."

"I copy One...Three, Five, follow my mark. Move into wedge formation and switch to mag pulse warheads."

*The three fighters broke off from the rest of the group and closed in on the object. Meanwhile the other three fighters in the flight group continuted to scan the rest of their assigned area.

Three kilometers. . .Two kilometers. . .One kilometer. . .

"Lock aquired, Three and Five, on my mark...Fire!"

Three purple streaks moved through space, crashing on the tough hull of the object and disabling its systems. The three TIE Daggers Mk III flew overhead and came around for another pass, now armed with lasers.

"Four, sensors show our target is, some sort of probe device."

The lead pilot thought for a split second, for that was all he had.

"Break off on the attack! I'll call for a shuttle. It can pick it up and bring it back to our techs."

"But Colonel, the Admiral's direct orders were to destroy anything found that may endanger the mission."

"You're following my orders now. Besides, it's disabled, it can't do much now."

Itala and the rest of TMC agree to coordinate a very powerful and massive force manipulation of the ship, they awaited for Cloak's upcoming move which would prove to be of extrme risk..

*A Fairly large Caracan Bombot (droid with a bomb on it) wielding a timer is set for thirty seconds. The ships is readied and shields are powered. Weaponry power is converted to shielding and the Bobmb bot is deployed onto the Asteroid. The ship begins to lift of with the secret aid of the Marzullos force telekenesis. Amazed at how high the ship got without being tore apart by the asteroid the pilots flored the engines and raised Shields to full. The Marzullos concentrated trying to keep the ship together. Turbulence struck the craft and it shook violently, but seconds later an expl;osion rang out from behind them. Although the couldn't here it, they saw the debris from the Asteroid begin to fly their way. The fight was still on because the explosion had not erupted through the entire asteroid. The massive rock cracked into many pieces that split off in various directions. Many of the smaller pieces crashed into the shuttles supercharged shielding. And after almost two minuites of struggling the shuttlle seemed to slingshot towards the awaiting nightcrawler with great speed, only bieng slowed down by a tractor beam from the main hanger which pulled them in. Thnks to fast thinking and a little help from the Force, the Marzullos were finally on their way to safety.........*

*looks at his father struggle as he and all the adult Marzullos concentrated very deeply, the ship kept being shaken, he was amazed at hosw his father used the force to stop debri from hitting the ship. This action makes Dante truly want to be like him..*

[i]Power landed back on the planets suface, just outside the fortress. As they unloded the cew ot of the ship they heard a comfrimation signal over the intercom inside the ship saying the shields had been rised again. Pollux had thought it would be different living without his family, but now he guessed he would have no choice as they were gone forever

*Itala walks down the lowered ramp of the shuttle into the SSD..as his family followed behind, he took a deep breath in. He opened his eyes and awaited anybody important enough as he looked at a map of the universe. He narrowed his eyes as a smile formed in his face...soon, very soon...*

*A stern voice boomed over the headphones of every Death Fleet pilot, while words scrolled into the corner of each and every one of their Heads Up Displays.

"Alright soldiers, listen up. This is your tactical officer speaking, with new orders for all of you from High Command. Tugs, shuttles, stormtrooper transports and the like are being dispatched right now."

The man hesitated, as every fighter pilot witnessed dozens of grey craft spill out of the capital ships.

"Our 36 Stormtrooper Transports, Sigma Group, will be carrying Zero-G Stormtrooper squads. When in range - an estimated seven minutes - the troops will be launched, and they will gather any useful materials from the ESD Diablo's scraps.

Omicron Group, our mix of Class B Tugs and Assault Tranports, will hone in on any larger shrapnel pieces, and use their tractor beams to bring them in to our capital ships, which will later be stored in cargo containers.

Form up on these craft and protect them throughout the mission. Statistics show that searching through fifteen kilometers worth of shrapnel may take a while, so we never know when enemies might pop in. Good luck men..."

*Fifty minutes passed, and only 1/5 of the work was done. Swarms of fighters circled around the area, pilots keeping their eyes tight on their sensors. It would be a long day...

*Itala notices a swift jump to hyperspace, obviously heading to Cloak's planet as he kept observing the map of the universe, he was bloody and battered like his family. Now things were going to be taken care of, double-crossers dealt with. Surviving this attack by Viscera certainly meant death to the average living being, Itala would expand an empire along side Cloak so powerful, nobody would be able to stop it.*

Itala's face seemed to be serious at the 50 troopers pointing at him...they seemd to be of human specoes and he smiles as he raises one hand slowly. Just as suddenly, all of the trooper's guns levitate in the air and turn around, pointing at their owners.</>"You homo sapiens and your guns..."[i]All of the troopers are blasted to death quickly, by their own guns. Itala smiles at the one in command and holds his hands together in front of him, the guard hastily cuffs him and the rest of the family. He is escorted away in arather gentle manner.

Domini Leveresk was a good trooper, working hard to better CMF. He did as he was told, and though he had slight force potential, he never was trained.

Only a few seconds earlier, this rather distasteful Sith had made him and fourty-nine of his counterparts turn their guns on themselves. He had resisted. He was alive because of it.

Itala and his crew walked briskly down the corridor, scared of nothing. Domini grinned broadly as he realized what was to happen in a few seconds.

Phwoosh! The Marzullos couldn't have expected it. Having walked into an elevator, they suddenly realized what it truly was. A universal energy cage.

An outdated holonet site clearly states the following on Energy Cages: "Energy Cages were designed by Umak Leth, designer extraordinaire, to aide our Glorious Emperor in the capture of Force users. Overlapping superconductive coils of the cage provide a shield that capably holds any number of Force Users in a cage at any given time."

The 'elevator' dropped several levels, setting the Marzullos in a chamber deep inside the ship. Ysalamiri were carried in, dozens of Caracan Troops stood with guns on the ready. Gas canisters ached to spew their deadly loads. Remote CryoBan explosives were spread out. It was as deadly a trap as any.

Iris carefully walks around the permitter of the cage studying every seam, every joint, every twist of the metal. Running her hands along the walls she inspects every inch. She notices a guard near the cage as he watches her nervously.

*Rask Antilles continued watching the prisoners, as they huddled in their cage.*

How pathetic.

*He notices one of the new fish running its fingers through the perimeter of the cage, and sets his blaster to kill. He walks back along the cage, staying a good number of paces away from the prisoners. He stops, noticing a young boy in the cage.*

"What's your name, son?" he asked the child.

"Dante." the child spat the word.

*Rask picked up on the aggressiveness of the boy, and stepped back a few paces, then shot him in the shoulder at nearly point blank. The boy fell to the ground unconscious, blood gushing out of him as quickly as it could.*

"One of you better wrap something around that kid's shoulder, otherwise he'll bleed to death."

*Rask walked back to the woman who had been touching the cage, and spoke to her.*

"Next time, keep your hands to yourself. I usually shoot to kill."

*Rask tossed in a bacta pouch.*

"Now be a good woman and wrap that around little Dante over there, and he'll be alright. It's a flesh wound, in a month you won't be able to see it. That is, of course, lest you let him bleed to death right now."

*Rask stepped back again and continued watching over the frantic prisoners. There were times that he loved his job.*

Itala uses the bacta and his healing force techniques to take care of his son's wound, he looks at the fool who just bought a ticket to hell.."When I'm free of this cage, I am going to kill you.."

*Rask leveled his blaster, and fired another shot into Dante's other shoulder. The boy was already unconscious, but his body flinched this time, and he began turning white as blood drained out of his body.*

"Really? Do go on. I'm listening."

*Rask tossed them another bacta pouch.*

"Although, this time you should try to be a bit less rude. I despise rudeness."

Itala quickly takes care of the other wound as he hides Dante within his robes and looks at the guard..

((OOC: Actually, while the energy field does disrupt Force powers, passive powers -such as healing and going under hibernation trance- still can be used, but only at a certain degree of effectiveness. The energy field grows stronger and sends out shock waves when the prisoners within attempt to focus their means on escaping. Another thing I should point out is that Universal Energy Cages can't hold "any number of Force users" the spherical cage is only 3 meters in diameter ~ as stated in both The Essential Guide to Weapons and Technology, and West End Games Dark Empire Sourcbook.

EDIT: Viscera is right in that matter, about Iris being shocked. Also to the fact that you cant walk around within the cage because of the repulsorlift technolgy within the cage makes the prisoner float in the center of the cage.))

He nods to the clan and many of them board fighters, Itala reads a computer that tells the lasts orders. Several of the ships take off....

OOC:Ok, I was talking to Cloak, I assumed he was playing CMF and asked him to let me kill him, he said yes. He didn't even say he did not play him.The crew are mere humans, humans can easily be killed with intense power of the force, I did NOT saay i killed the whole crew, just the escort troppers, READ mister, READ.You dumb litle ignorant piece of garbage, I just caught you red handed when you told me you played CMF Guard. You used him to shoot Dante, MY character and take him to your other character, Darth Viscera. That benefits your character, you used one of your character to benefit the other and ruin mine, THAT is God-MODING, you are BUSTED. Oh, and the Yuuzhan Vong is not the same case, because he does not ruin any of your characters, somebody else will play him eventualy.




The case is, you put one of my characters is an excusable situation to move him out of the cage and take him prisoner elsewhere, you used a sock puppet for your benefit and my character's ruin.




I ask the MODs to analyze this carefully for it clearly breaks the rules when I did not break any.

I thought that DDC was going to double cross DV by releasing you people, and I still wanted to cause a bit of trouble in the clan, so I made this account to be able to shoot Dante just to piss off Itala, at which point I would be satisfied and I wouldn't have even posted again under this ID.

Since when did DDC take a threat from DV seriously?

By shooting Dante, I derived about 5 minutes worth of satisfaction, and it put a smile on my face. That justified all the time it took ezboard to validate the account.

I’m not going to say any individual was wrong or right in this situation. From what I have seen both parties are equally guilty of using extreme means to get what they wish out of what looks to me to be an open RP thread, which means to me, if it were scripted, going against or not complying with said script is not a problem. If it said closed RP in the title and the originator were complaining about the script not being followed I would be more apt to believe.

On to my real purpose for posting here; Itala was warned not more than three days ago, probably less, not to use inappropriate language on theses forums, which he violated yesterday once again by inserting a single strategic asterisk in place of a vowel. I have edited such usage in his posts in the past and warned that action would be taken if it continued. Action is being taken, starting right now, Itala will undergo a 72 hour banning to show that not following the few standards of practice we have in place here, will bring about action if warnings are not heeded. It was also inappropriate behavior for Itala to use DV’s real name without his prior approval, which was obviously not the case, from a post CMF Guard made in the OOC forum. The time of warnings is over.

If after returning, once the 72 hours has passed, the rules are continually broken, banning will occur again and be of a more permanent nature.

OOC: I have a few things to say, and I thought this name would be most appropriate. First off, I am aware that Itala should've used more asterisks when posting the profanity. But I am also aware that this does not warrant a ban. Should he have used it at all? Probably not, but then Ogre used that other word in his thread title. I know that the word Itala said is far more worse then in the Payback title, but they are similar swear words. I know that Itala was warned before, but he meant it IC, not OOC. I think you guys should reconsider on the banning...
