Admittedly a newish label, Palpy was originally started by rebel commandos stationed at the Talay Tak Base from the early days, and since the death of the Emperor, has become a fairly limited run every few years of concussion missile-tube aged bourbon that has notes of kingwood, nuts, and dewback leather with a distinct caramel and cream nose. The taste is gently sweet, combining Rodian honey, spices from Ithor, and sweetsap from the forests of Endor. A lingering finish of kingwood is achieved by the kingwood staves that are added to the distilling process halfway through.

Canohba Imperiolo - a variant of a Canohba, a cocktail introduced to the Imperial Starfleet soon after the inception of the Empire during a meeting between a Hutt Lord and an Imperial Admiral. Popular with planetside junior officers and crew, variants soon cropped up. The Canohba is usually served warm and quick, with a fruit slice tossed into the drink as a garnish, but higher end or classier variants usually get served with ice. A Canohba Imperiolo uses different liquors more accessible to Imperial officers not in Hutt space.


Engine Cleaner - cocktail containing strongest house alcohol with a bit of sweetener. For those who want it to hurt while it goes down, and end up smacking their lips.
