Active Bounties on Player Characters

I want to keep a current list of player characters who have bounties on them, so if your character has a bounty on their head, please post in this thread with their name, who is willing to pay for them and in what condition, and for how much.

OR, if your character or faction wants the head (alive or dead) of another character, post it where with how much you're willing to shell out for them.
