Put a bounty on someone or announce that there is a bounty on someone else here.

Technically there is a bounty out on Freddie, here. It's just really low.

He's a runaway minor, who has now made the news for making money. His dad thinks that he's entitled to his son's earnings, and put out the bounty.

But you'd have to be pretty desperate to go after it, for the meager payout.
