BACKGROUND

Katina is unsure of her life prior to the age of 2. She only knows that at age 2 she was brought to a children's home on Corellia. The records don't show any names in the place of parents or guardian, nor does it name who dropped her off or why.

While not deplorable or abusive, the home was less than ideal. When she was finally adopted at the age of ten, she was suffering from slight malnutrition and was under height and weight for her age. The couple that adopted her, Nania and Roj Milor, while not severely well-to-do were not impoverished. Within the year, Katina was a happy and healthy 11 yr old.

Her education was that of every other eligible child. While she completed her primary and secondary education, she chose to follow her father into the factory business rather than higher education when she reached 16.

By 18, she had become a station lead and had become quite driven to becoming a supervisor.

Sure enough, by 20 years old, Katina was completely in charge of her first delivery. If she passed this test at Ossus, then she'd be assigned the important Jedi account, herself.

PERSONALITY


Katina is kind and sweet. Not in apat-her-on-the-head naive kind of way, though. She is generally goodnatured to everyone till you give her a reason not to be. She isfiercely protective of friends and family. And she wouldn't thinktwice of putting herself in the line of fire if it meant protectingthose same people.


Katina is also driven and ambitious.The youngest in the factory to become Shift Lead and now the Ossusaccount being assigned to her after only one cycle of observing. Sheis being watched closely by those in charge as someone going far inthe company.


When it comes to the Republic, Kat isas loyal as they come. The tyranny of the Empire is something shewould dearly love to see an end to in her lifetime. It's one of thereason she wanted the Ossus contract run. She wholeheartedly believesin what the Jedi do and stand for, and anything she can do to helpthem achieve peace and order, she wants to do.

TRAINING


Because of Katina's better-than-averageupbringing, she never had to learn to survive on the streets or fightfor her food or shelter. She took classical dance and singing and isagile because of her training. Her body, while not muscular, is tightand toned, but she isn't very strong. She can call on that smallreserve everyone has. When needed, but for the most part, she isn'tone to hoist around heavy cargo or equipment.


She has never fired a weapon of anykind, nor battled with any kind of blade. Her father has taught hersimple blade safety and she carries one in her boot when at work.This blade is rarely used for more than cutting straps or unstickingmachinery by cleaning out a groove.


But what Katina lacks in physicalskills, she makes up for mentally. Kat can often see things severalsteps ahead and think of a better, or safer, way to accomplish theset goal. She thinks OUTSIDE the box and has helped make a few placesin the factory more productive and safe.


One of the things she hasn't figuredout is that her 'near misses' or ability to reach items just out ofreach is the Force working through her. The ide of her being a Jedior Sith are so preposterous to her that it never even crossed hermind till Jedi Wei made the observation and tested her, proving herJedi abilities are true.


Her life is now upside down and herfuture is a blank slate instead of a well planned schedule... she islost and excited and confused.
