Rognan Dar is trying to post with his old account (he signed in just fine and can use PMs) and it says he doesn't have permission to post.
Dragon can see that he's listed as 'waiting for email confirmation' in the user group list, but only an admin can change someone to 'registered user' or even resend an email confirmation (which doesn't even make sense as it's an old account).
Anyway, help!
