Wish I didn't feel held back by events that haven't happened yet. I'd love to write a few threads that are just a day or week into the future but I have no past events to reference back to. Also, resisting the desire to make a new character--for any setting. I have plenty. I ought to use them.

If I'm writing to music, it's either rock or video game soundtrack. Sonic the Hedgehog is a particular favorite for action stories that don't involve fighting.

I've got my ME3 soundtrack... but keep getting all emotional during different tracks and it gets me sidelined.

But yeah, usually it's soundtracks to movies/games that I'll listen to while in the mood to write.
