And then I get a day off from work. Today will be day seven of going in, but then I suppose I can't complain since it's not the worst I've done. My record is 13 straight days.

What started as a severe stomach virus has evolved into a general flu situation, but I am feeling lot better now. But it was not fun having liquid streaming from four seperate entrances/exits to your body at the same time.

Apart from a sensitive stomach, I'm all better now.
It really helped to drink a couple of glasses of iced water to help flush out whatever it was that was in there and help prevent dehydration from being added to my list of symptons. Apart from that, I didn't take any medicine (apart from a couple of Excedrin for a nasty headache), just got tons of rest.
I need a hug. I just finished the book I was currently reading and the ending was so heartbreaking unjust that I would have loved to cry during the train ride to work.
I don't want to give away the name of the book here since the ending was perfect and horrible at the same time and I did not see this coming.
Books are such bastards sometimes.
The last time I felt screwed this way was while reading "An occurence at Owl Greek Bridge" in school.
