Its about time we kicked this storyline in the ass. Or as Anna would say, en el culo.

Call me crazy, but, that many mutants, all in one convenient place? If you REALLY want to bust up the place, Cannon would love to take some shots to stun, kill, maim, or even kidnap some random mutants. That's what he's here for.... =D
The attackers are a local Los Santos gang, to be NPCed by the people participating.
I don't want any other people attacking the House at the same time, that will just muddle up the story.
People welcome to join - anyone who'd be staying at the house, or out celebrating with them, can pile out of the van (Chimera, Tess, Aiden, Feral, Jake, Freight Train, Vipul, Dee... basically anyone who's already RPed being at the House at one time or another).

Generally we have a small gang situation that is going to escalate rapidly to a full on gang war between the Three Elevens (non-mutant gang) and La Raza (a mutant gang) with the House stuck in the middle.
This is going to prompt the politicians of California to pass a Mutant Registration Act (all muties over 18, affecting only CA), which will eventually bring on more problems and Sentinels.
Kale, perhaps you can flesh this arc out a bit more? I'm trying to hit the main points.
Looks like La Raza isn't specifically needed yet.. I might toss a random member into the mix though, depending on how things go.
Yeah, this is sort of the spark that leads to full on war between the two gangs. I could see a member of La Raza being there though, sort of checking out the territory or something?
