I don't own Bioshock on Steam because I bought actual physical copies of the game, including the collectors edition of Bioshock 2
VtM: Bloodlines is awesome. Definitely buy that if you don't have it already.

DLC is for sale too.
While New Vegas is more recent, don't forget about the awesome Fallout 3!
The Game of the Year edition is currently cheaper than the total cost of Fallout: New Vegas and all it's DLC.
The latest Deus Ex game is half-price right now, worth picking up.
Signed!
Deus Ex: Humen Revolution is a fantastic game that I still haven't finished. If you liked the original but were disappointed by Invisible War then play this game which is the follow-up we should have gotten in the first place.
There is a deal/competition on Steam at the moment (seems like an advent thing). Every day there is a draw, and ten winners will recieve ten of the games on their wishlist.
All you need to do is have ten (or more) games on your wishlist, and then visit the page for the Daily Wishlist Giveaway. You're automatically entered just by visiting the page; there are also some sweet daily deals as a result, like the current "Terraria for £1.50" one.
It's like that, and that's the way it is.
People! Buy Terraria! You won't be disappointed!
The Steam Holiday sale has started...
Everything I'd want, I already have. Fable 3 tempted me, but I haven't finished Fable 2 yet. Lets see what 6pm brings...
No idea if they do this every year, but Steam has [what looks like a] fun Christmas competition give-away thing. You do certain objectives in certain games, and you win a prize.
The first objective at the moment is to check your Steam inventory... I just found a 25% of Valve games voucher to use next year. :3
This thread got huge, so here's a new one: http://sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22287
