We all have them - the moment in a movie where it is just so incredibly awesome that chills run down your arms and up your back. Just listening to the music can take you back there, to the first time you saw it.

Welcome to Week 3 of our quest to find the most incredible moment in movie making history! The top two choices from this week's poll will be entered into the finals, coming up in three weeks.

Feel free to continue to nominate movie moments for the next two preliminary rounds.

Also, the voting is public, so we'll all know what you voted for. A very cool option. If you vote with more than one account I'll find out, and it'll just make me mad to have to do all the math to figure out the actual results, so that's something you should keep in mind.

I went with Aliens, simply because while I don't think that scene in particular is all that spectacular, the moment which follows it a minute later is iconic:

"Get away from her, you b****!"

I was having a hard time choosing between Ghostbusters and Gladiator. O_o Ghostbusters was more nostalgic I'm thinking, whereas Gladiator won out for just being an awesome scene. So Maximus heading for Elysium won out.

I was stuck between Braveheart and The Green Mile. I decided to go with Braveheart in the end.

Id like to add the Lesbien scene in American Pie 2. Got to be one of the funniest scenes in a film ive watched.
