Just as an FYI in case something happens, the cookies on the shared internet kiosk at work (the only thing I'm allowed to use here to access the internet) desperately need cleaning out. Of course, you're not allowed to do that from the kiosk as they review everything later, etc etc.

But I'm having trouble staying logged out on the computer. So if anything weird happens with any of my accounts, that's why. I'm going to try to make sure only an account with no privileges is left on, but who knows.

A good way to invalidate any stored cookies at work would be to change the password of the account that is stuck logged on there, from home.
