I am requesting that the 18 Dreadnaughts remaining in the NR held portion of the Katana Fleet be refitted and brought back up to combat readiness. Work is to begin at Shipyard Beta ASAP.
OOC: Use whatever construction rules for building 18 new 600 meter ships to simulate the time to get them completed.
