Stuart Townsend is currently claimed for Dusk in the xmen RP. Is this character still active? And if no is it alright if I claim that image for a character?

He's certainly been inactive for more than six months. I really don't expect him to resurface - I'd tend to say go for it, but I'm not a mod, and for the principle of the thing you may as well PM him.Quote:

Six months of inactivity on any account will require the holder of the persona claim be contacted (this is not the staff's responsibility). If there is no response to the contact, PM, email etc... (within seven [7] days including the day the email/PM was sent), the persona claim is forfiet and the DB entry is deleted upon Staff notification. No Exceptions
After a year of inactivity, persona claims are defunct and the entries will be deleted out of the DB. No Exceptions.
