London would probably be the cheapest option, at least for the Brits on board... being the capitol and all.

^^ makes most sense yeah. Nevertheless, would have to think about it etc.
I am delighted I have already some volunteers for this! Muahahaha
Here are some YouTube videos for inspiration:

Wow, the Superman one looks... *gulp!* :eek
Dear God! Me and whomever I'm dragging along to this thing will DEFINITELY be up for the Roller coasters, especially Batman and Superman. Goliath seems a lot like Apollo's Chariot in Busch Gardens for me.
I'll most likely be able to head out for a while, though it'll be centred for me and my friends around Six Flags, but damn if I won't waste some time with you guys.
I know one of my friends won't be able to resist the roller-coasters.
Charley knows how I am on rollercoasters. :uhoh We went to Six Flags Over Georgia!
Going on a day trip to Six Flags is an awesome idea and should be planned into the experience. Perhaps a day before the convention or a day after? Some people may want to factor in rental car cost as the people who live close by probably don't own their own buses. :)
Oh, HELL yes. I want to compare Six Flags - Great America to this place. Oh, Miranda, my sister and I will probably be hiking it out via car. We'd probably be heading by the Chicago are if transportation is an issue for you.
Okay I'm coming over too, and similarly to Jen I'd be coming a bit earlier than that too so yeah... *puts hand up cautiously* ... I'd be extremely grateful to anyone willing to put me up for a while before the con (if there's no room other than outside I'm fine bringing my tent :p). Same as Jen I'd stay in some place in Atlanta during the con - maybe we can get something cheaper than those hotels?
I'll be able to invade the US from London, too.... actually I'll even take Nya with me, since her dad can pick her up then and have her for a while or so. I'll probably have two weeks to travel around so maybe I can visit some more people...
Here is an (unofficial) guide to 6 flags in Georgia. Good stuff :)

Haha yeah, my place during the con is a bit impossible, but since peeps are coming out from overseas, and not to mention from more than a few states away, and staying for longer than the con itself I figured anyone who wants one has a place here :)
ps - I'm so up for some rollercoasters :eee
Yeaaaah, but that one has an awesome first drop! :DQuote:
Apollo's Chariot in Busch Gardens
I have to start saving like..right now. |I but it will be so worth it!
I think I'd probably like to stay over there for somewhere in the region of 2 weeks, since it's unlikely that I'd be able to avoid visiting again any time soon!
For those of us who might be staying in hotels. You think we could get a better deal with group rates if we signed on as a huge posse?
Probably.... what other options besides hotels are there anyway?
Jen - wanna rent a car and drive around the US for two weeks? :p
Roller coasters = yes.
Sounds like a perfect group activity.
In addition to hotel group rates, I'm sure we could get a group discount at Six Flags :)
Of course I can. I even have an international driver's license hehehehe..... and I might just be able to get someone in my extended family over there to loan me a car for a while.....
If you're serious about it, let's talk about that some time on AIM
I've got this mental image of a carload of overseas Fans peeps driving around, and it's absolutely hilarious :D
Me too - if only because in my head its a tiny car and they're crammed inside like clowns at the circus. :D
And everyone is speaking in ridiculously exaggerated stereotypical accents.
