Welcome to Cloud City!

Though once merely a mining outpost and high-end resort, Cloud City is now an important seat of power for the Empire. Located in the Greater Javin, a region of the Outer Rim close to the Alliance border and the edge of Imperial space, Cloud City sits on an important trade route between Terminus and Corellia, and has become an important centre for trade, industry, and commerce.


High Society
The upper levels of Cloud City are populated by the wealthy; by hotels, resorts, and casinos; fancy restaurants and boutiques; art galleries; and every other comfort that the rich and elite are accustomed to. Cloud City, and it's sister-city Tibannopolis, have also become home to many corporations and businessmen, who are beginning to turn the Greater Javin into a new Corporate Sector.

Seedy Underbelly
The lower levels of Cloud City are full of industrial districts and their seedy employees. Port Town is a haven for smugglers and criminals, with most of the galaxy's major cartels having a foothold there. Even the upper levels aren't free from corruption: many of the city's casinos, hotels, and businesses are owned by criminal organisations.

• Black Sun
  In addition to it's usual criminal enterprises of smuggling, extortion, and money laundering, Black Sun operates the Cumulus casino as a front for it's operations. (Contact Sanis Prent.)

• Tenloss Syndicate
  Responsible for the worst crimes in the Greater Javin - including slavery and trafficking - the Tenloss Syndicate also owns a number of semi-legitimate businesses, including the Trest casino. (Contact Serrena Alcine.)

• The Exchange
  An information network run by a mysterious figure known as "The Broker"; with ties to Elysian Acquisitions, and the Elysium nightclub in Port Town. (Contact Emelie Shadowstar.)

• Rath Cartel
  A Hutt criminal enterprise that owns a number of legitimate corporations, as well as the Holiday Towers casino and resort. (Contact Ambassador Wrath.)

Where To Start?
If you're looking to get started on Cloud City, make sure you join our Group, and introduce yourself in the Cloud City Residence Survey. Make sure you create a Character Plotter as well, so you can showcase your character to the rest of the community!

If you're just starting out, there's all sorts of gangs, bars, and businesses to work for. Cloud City also has local law enforcement, Imperial officers, workers, janitors - options galore!
