Was given more freedom to choose his future than 'adherent' Selonian breeders
Decided to become a representative to the local Imperial Government

Short for a Selonian, at only 5'9
Unlike 'adherent' Selonians, he can lie freely without destroying his conscience
Believes that the only way not to break his word is no to give it
Does not know how to use any sort of weapon, and is almost always unarmed
