Molly Black

All things considered, Molly was spectacularly happy with the end results of the evening. Everyone had gotten what they wanted. The concert had been a historic success in Port Town, taking in record sales for both tickets to the event, and drink tabs throughout the evening. There had been a few technical hiccups, but with a brand new staff she had been prepared for that, handling them like the Boss she was. The Cloud 9 was now that place the concert had happened.
As she had suspected, the suites in Bliss had been booked, which meant someone had to remain in the building overnight. There was only one Enforcer she would have trusted with the task, and since he had attended the concert, Molly had elected not to ask for the favor.
In the small hours of the night, Molly remained in her office, double and triple checking the amounts to make sure she was seeing what she sincerely hoped she was. After paying off all concerned parties in full, there was still a considerable profit remaining. Which meant she had some appointments to make. There were several things that she wanted to buy. An expansion..
Tired but optimistic eyes twitching up from the numbers, she glanced at the feed from the front doors of the Cloud 9. There were four Bespin police shining lights around the entrance and peering in the windows. A sick feeling hit her in the guts.
It was too good to be true. She had known the concert was an awful idea. It drew attention, too much attention. Her greed had outdone her intuition and now...
Now she had to run.
Without a thought beyond escaping the building, Molly crept out from her office killing the lights, running on high heels through the darkened kitchen, to the back doors of the Cloud 9. She ran out into the night - right into the arms of another group of Bespin beat cops.
