Knights of the Old Republic remains amazing.

I still have a soft spot for Jedi Knight (Dark Forces II), and mysteries of the Sith expansion because Mara Jade!

For me, KOTOR will always be my favourite Star Wars game I think - and even one of my favourite RPGs in general. As a precursor to Mass Effect, it's so good.
