Adalinde Lovelace

Kordin Sector / Abridon - Captial city
It was uncommon for an agent to be called away from active duty, yet in the case of Agent Lovelace it was more common than she would prefer. The timing was not always ideal, but this time it had occurred while she was between missions. It was time for another visit to the Medical Center, where the doctor that had always looked after her worked. 'Check-ups', he'd called them when she had been younger. For her, it was just business as usual. She did not mind the trips to Abridon really. The doctor was one of the first people she had seen after her parents deaths, and the most constant presence in her life since. It did not make him family, just...maybe the closest thing?
Stepping out from the speeder, she paid the fare and looked up at the high rise before her. She had spent a lot of time here as a child, that much she knew, but it was all a little fuzzy. Probably just the way all people remembered their childhood.
Approaching the security at the doors, Adalinde was scanned in, identity verified. "Agent Lovelace. Floor 82, medical offices."
After being allowed through, she made her way to the lifts and upward. That the place did not look like other medical facilities that she had visited did not register to her. It was too familiar, too known to her. It was just as it should have been to her eyes.
Stepping off the lift, she made her way down the hall, bright with sterile whites and greys. Stopping at the desk, she announced herself to the droid receptionist, and took a seat.
