Business types and/or Corellians wanted!

Hi! :D

While the Wayne's and the Vallen's have been familiar faces at a couple boards by now, I'm looking to shake up their histories and present existence some as I resettle here. Coming into things, for instance, Maize will not be - nor have been - a Sith! Instead, his backstory/profession will solely be that of the roguish Corellian CEO of WayneTech.

It feels right for me to first get started here with Maize, so I wondered if there were any business types and/or Corellians in general who'd want to play with him? :eee

There are plenty of business types about. Most choose to do business and socialize in the Greater Javin Sector, the current corporate sector located within Imperial space.

I don't think I have any Corellians, but Corellia in general is currently in the midst of a civil war as the locals push back against Imperial rule. There is currently a blockade around the planet.

This character is one such businessman and CEO of Maxwell Industries, a droid manufacturer. He's a bit of a buffoon. I also have the rather aggressive and intimidating Karrthus of Sheegoth Technologies, which is a very diversified company that has bought out a lot of smaller ones and is rumored to have shady dealings and connections to unsavory types like Black Sun and Tenloss Syndicate.

Hi there! Name's Shuvin, and I hear you're lookin' fer Corellians!

Well, I'm not one. Neither is Cap'n Ben, the guy I work for; he's Alderaani, but don't bring it up. Lots of bad memories. Or good ones. Eh, he don't like remembering 'em. Is Cerie Corellian? I wonder if she even knows.

Anyway, yeah. None of us are Corellian, so that's a no-go unfortunately.

But!

We have a ship! A good ship! A really good ship. We've only been boarded twice in the past year and a half! And not once has our cargo been lifted by pirates. But that's what we do on Alderaan! We haul cargo, cause it's a light freighter. We go all over! Ben's got contacts everywhere, and we can get places most can't. It's pretty nice.

We haven't been by Corellia since the blockade, but I'm sure if someone needs something legitimate legitimately shipped, why, we can do that! If you pay us! But I'm sure you won't have an issue with that, so!

Hire us? PLEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASE?

Thank you so much for the replies. :)

I've decided to put Maize on the shelf for now. I've written him pretty consistently for years, and I think it's time to let his story be done (at least for now). I'll be around and about with Aurelia and Spark, and then we'll see what new faces may come about.
