I found out that Photobucket changed their TOS. You can still host for free, but if you want third-party hosting, you have to pay about 100 bucks a year.
You don't lose the content of your library, but you need to find a new place to host your sigs (and any other images you used to link from there).
Here is their official statement (http://blog.photobucket.com/please-review-latest-changes-photobucket/).

I can host signatures for anyone. I'll set you up an account on one of my webspace slices.

I can't even get my images to pull up in my photobucket library. It's all blank spaces and broken imagepaths. Oh, and an obscene amount of ads >_<

Have you tried to open them, or just click on them anyway? I had warning and weird images a few days ago when I pulled mine up, but after a few tries on some of them, I could access them all.
It's really a crappy and sudden move they made. :/

They're not even loading, which is the thing. The tab for it is still working, but the load time is horrendous and about the only thing that isn't a blank space is the header.
edit - they FINALLY came up. Ugh. Funny thing though, everything I'm linking from there is still showing up here.
