Hello and welcome to the fallout thread from Vanguards. For several of the involved characters, this was a major point in their lives where things drastically changed.
If we can break down what happened and canonize it for our collective sanity, it would be awesome.

Unless the chain of events changed drastically, Ben found himself captured by the Ssi Ruuk and was nearly enteched before the assault team came in and saved him, if not personally, then by giving him the chance to escape. This experience is no small part of what makes Ben what he is now as opposed to before.
Serasai Onashi took part in the assault as part of the assault team itself, and par for the course, he has not changed much if at all.

As far as my characters -
Ceto Rübezahl offered himself up as a "hostage" to the Alliance crew... sort of a show of good faith, and an assurance that the Empire wasn't going to turn around and screw them over. He may have participated in the actual fighting (seems likely, given the TFA stuff I had in mind), and was definitely with the Rebels when they escaped. He wound up in Alliance custody, and was eventually prisoner exchanged for Dasquian Belargic a little ways after the Treaty.
Crichton Stark, the Imperial Captain, went out in a blaze of glory. I think the plan was that he sacrificed himself and his Star Destroyer to wedge open a set of space doors so that the Novgorod, escape pods, etc could get out of there. He's the brother of a Senator character I have, so him dying under circumstances that the Alliance would deem heroic is a thing, but the specifics are flexible.
John Glayde was I think supposed to be heading up the team of slicers and infiltrators who were going to... infiltrate and slice The Thing. I don't remember what The Thing was, but I'm sure it was pretty important. This bit is sorta relevant to him and Sadie K'Vesh knowing each other, so it would be handy to get that thing squared away. I don't think he did anything exceptionally dramatic or harrowing; mostly it was just another day at the SpecOps office for him.
Tink I think stayed on the ship, as the de facto Joker, keeping the engines running so we could escape. Doubt anything dramatic happened.
I think Murray may have been going along with the Captain, and may have been the one who helped stabilize him after the whole leg thing? I think at the time we were planning to build off that going forward, but that's mostly still up in the air.

Morgan's Fallout -
Morgan ended up as part of one of the rescue efforts of unprocessed individuals. The pressure of the rescue and the Ssi-Ruuk opposition left Morgan with a sense of desperation and he ended up digging into the wrong pit (the Dark one). Combined with a sense of survivor's guilt, Morgan is shoving his feelings into a box, and then putting said boxes into a closet.
