GANTUHAR
Early 70's :: Trianii :: Ex-Ranger, Star's End escapee
Currently in: oh, who knows.

Character Background

Gantuhar is from the northern regions of Trian.
Grew up in a large family.
Joined the Rangers at a relatively young age, and proved himself adept at tracking down criminals.
He never could get the handle of flying a space fighter. He's not bad at flying, just that the controls and all of the buttons overwhelm him.
Owing to his large family, Gantuhar enjoys crowds and people-watching.
After his first time in space, he knew that he wanted to travel.

Raw Material

He was the one who sent the first severed hand back to the CSA during the Corporate Sector's attempts to annex the colonies and Trian.
Was sent to Star's End, but managed to escape after the debacle at Endor.
His time incarcerated proved to turn him somewhat mad, though there is still the old nature buried deep, that at times emerges from the shadows of his subconscious.
He enjoys spinning yarns to anyone who'll listen. Many are tall tales; so if you want, he will happily tell you about the time that he rode a krayt dragon into battle once, or the time that he wooed a Cathar princess, or even the time that he once knew how to fire fireballs from his eyes (but forgot how to do so)
More peculiar habits began to emerge after Star's End, for instance: He likes to lick windows that have a view of space, he has a tendency to knead anything soft, and he has a penchant for soft, almost mushy foods like nuna liver pate and Colo Claw fish puree.
He has horrendous breath.

Plot Ideas

Gantuhar stumbles his way to Ossus, thinking that the transport he took was headed to Zeltron.
Gantuhar intentionally goes to Ossus, believing that he has Jedi powers.
Caught in a firefight between the Empire and a band of marauding pirates, he has a moment of lucidity and manages to make it out alive (relatively in one piece).
Finding himself on Jovan, Gantuhar stumbles into the Madame's teahouse...
