YAWGMOTH THE DEVOURER
Two Hundred Forty :: Pau'an :: Pirate King
Currently on: Aboard the Queen of Blades
Character Background:
A member of the Pau'an species, Yawgmoth boasts a long life span that far outreaches those of most sentient species.
As a result of his long life, Yawgmoth has lived through many tumultuous events in the galaxy; the most recent being the Clone Wars and Imperial Occupation of Utapau.
Viewing the suffering of his people as an endless cycle, Yawgmoth abandoned his world to pursue his own cruel satisfaction elsewhere in the galaxy.
Yawgmoth has been building a pirate armada, The Void Reavers, over the years and is capable of conducting operations throughout the known galaxy.
Raw Material:
Because of his long life and long career of piracy, Yawgmoth has become a spacer legend. Most think of him as a bogeyman. Something to scare children into behaving.
Yawgmoth is obsessed with the concept of the Force, going as far as consuming the flesh of the force sensitive to absorb their power.
He is an opportunist with no moral compass or loyalties. He does whatever he feels will benefit him most, allowing him to create alliances with anyone regardless of past grievances.
Neither the Empire, Alliance, or Black Sun frighten him, and he regularly raids their vessels when their cargo is attractive to his desires.
He is a Cannibal.
He pays his crew handsomely and any associates from outside the Reavers are very well taken care of. Although, there are no promises they will not become targets in the future.
Yawgmoth is known for hunting down those who wrong him. He has all the time in the galaxy to get his revenge.
Plot Ideas:
Yawgmoth is available for hire or joint operations with anyone with credits to pay him with. He will also work for salvage and loot if the load is valuable.
Any force sensitive could be hunted by Yawgmoth. Inversely, a trap could be set to lure Yawgmoth using force sensitive bait.
He loves a challenge, so it would not be difficult to pick a fight with him.
Like minded individuals are welcome to join his crew.
Need a villain for any reason? Call 1-800-YAWGMOTH.
Existing Relationships:
The Empire generally disapproves of the Pirate known as Yawgmoth the Devourer, but is not beyond employing him as a privateer in their cold war against the Alliance.
The Rebel Alliance employed Yawgmoth the Devourer many times during the Galactic Civil War. The newly formed Alliance has branded Yawgmoth a dangerous criminal.
Sybelle - Assassin; Yawgmoth hires her from time to time when he needs an experience sniper.
Crew of the Wing of the Raven - After slaughtering a few of his Reavers Yawgmoth has sworn revenge against the crew of this starship.
Current Plots:
[*=left]The Shadow of Intent (http://theholo.net/forum/showthread.php?56685-The-Shadow-of-Intent) | The Queen of Blades boards the Bravant, an Imperial vessel transporting captured force sensitives.
