I am confused as to why Lok is coming back down to the surface of Ossus when the Council has not been asked whether they would like her to be made welcome there? I think visiting her children is certainly something Serena would be sympathetic to BUT she would not be ok with Lok wandering around with no escort.
Im sorry if I've missed where this was discussed and I'm not trying to hamstring anyone's character development I just think that this is a consequence of the choices that Lok the character has made. If Zem and her kids want to hang out I think they should have gone to the ship to see her.
