Character pronunciation guide

We've done these before! If you have a character whose name might be difficult to pronounce, post a quick and dirty guide here. Bear in mind different people may interpret phonetic spelling differently, so ask for clarification if you're not sure!


Rev Solomon: rev SAH-luh-mun or REV-rend SAH-luh-mun.
Rev is not his first name - it's his title.

Akasha Khan: uh-KAH-shuh KAHN

Mdharra Ceergorra: Mid-HAR-uh seer-GOR-uh
The above is the lazy solution. There's actually no vowel sound between the M and the D, as in the word "aimed." Mdharra's academy classmates had enough trouble pronouncing her name that they nicknamed her "Mud."
